International Committee on issues of Global Changes of the Geological Environment, “GEOCHANGE”  informs:

1. The General Assembly of the GEOCHANGE International Committee is planned for the fall of 2010, coinciding with the International Symposium titled:

“Global changes of geological medium: scale of natural cataclysms and possible actions to reduce negative consequences”.

The exact venue and time for holding the General Assembly is currently under discussion. All members of the GEOCHANGE International Committee are automatically members of the International Symposium Organizing Committee.

2. An International Conference titled:

“Earthquake forecasting: new technologies and results of their application”

is planned for the fall of 2011. The conference is to be held in Ankara, Turkey.
The exact time for holding the conference is currently under discussion.
